For the cost of this product, very cheaply made with plastic top/ mister & is porous! Good job it hadn't been placed onto an antique unit!

Sells subpar items that easily break. I was gifted a little plant mister by a friend, but the handle and spout both broke off easily. Made from extremely cheap plastic.

Absolutely awful service! We decided to place our first order with Sass & Belle for some of their Christmas items. When our order arrived, some of the items were missing. We got in contact with their office who advised they would look into the matter. We then received a credit note from Sass & Belle without a call or email to explain why. We then called the office to explain that we did not ask for a credit note but we in fact wanted the items that were originally missing from our delivery sent out instead. We were then told that their policy doesn't allow this and we would have to place another order which met the minimum order value of 150+vat. The items that were missing had a value of around 30. This would then mean we would have to spend extra money to get our originally ordered items due to a fault at Sass & Belle's end. I fail to see why we (a small family run business) should have to pay for unnecessary stock to meet a minimum order due to the incompetence Sass & Belle. I will not be using Sass & Belle again for any of my stock orders. It's a shame really as they do have some lovely products.
