        The museum is free to enter. They only ask for a donation. The museum is open between 10.30-4.30pm. There are two floors to view with 7 galleries. The museum contains a number of items that have been found around the local area. There is a gift shop in the museum. The museum also has a garden that looks out over Thomas Hardy's Blackmore Vale. A peaceful place to sit.
