        Just tried calling to prebook a taxi, what absolutely awful service I have just received. When I asked to book my response was no, because your a tw@t.. What absolutely DISGUSTING service from a company. I dont know who has just answered the phone but a class in customer service wouldnt go a miss. -10/10 would NOT recommend.

        Thought I was phoning directly to company, but you are put through to an agent ,do not book on line as you probably will not be booking with shaftesbury taxi phone them direct not on line.
