At first, using this Cab Firm was a veritable comedy of errors. After which, the service was excellent. First, the negatives. The driver called me to say he had arrived (I requested a call when I booked from the office), only for me to go downstairs and nobody be there. When I called the firm back I learnt the driver was on his way but they tend to do that (call and say theyve arrived even if they have not), to avoid waiting for the passenger! I have a disability so, needless to say, that was very annoying. The second call the same thing happened, only this time the driver was not in front of my building so I could not find him. Third times a charm. Third time the driver was in front of my building and explained that he was only given the name of the Estate and not the building. Anyway, from that point on, it was better. The positives I was able to book a pick up to take me to my destination and a pick-up to bring me back home. I paid for both in advance. When the pick-up driver, finally, met me in the right place he was a gentleman and helped me down the stairs, in front of my building, and into the car and, also, out of the car once we reached the destination. The return driver was also gentlemanly, helping me into the car. The service, after the unfortunate beginning, was exemplary and I have every intention of using this firm again.

The driver was DANGEROUS. He swerved across lanes on the motorway, he stopped at the wrong place at traffic lights. He appeared unsteady on his feet when he stepped out of the car. I reported the driver to KVC and they ignored me. I am reporting it to the police. I will never use this service again, and I suggest you do NOT use KVC, either.
