Good service, lovely meal & lovely relaxed surroundings.

Ordered four drinks/food one drink being half pint of Tanglefoot. Drinks arrived, Tanglefoot being a pint (no big issue but was driving) so was going to share with wife.
First sip it tasted a little off, I tried again and something was clearly off. My wife confirmed the same.
A staff member took it away, and assumed it would be replaced. Sat for sometime, still no replacement, assuming maybe the barrel was being changed, 30mins, still nothing, 50mins. Decided to leave cancelling the food we had ordered.
Clearly customer service was off that day, and left disappointed having had a carvery a few years back and all was good.
Never again.
The place was pretty much empty, which seemed odd on a bank holiday at 5pm.
