A really good team who look after you throughout the process from eye test to choosing frames. Helpful and kind. Glasses ready within three days. My prescription is pretty straightforward but that was impressive!

I have been worried about the condition and deterioration of my eyesight for the past few years , and no standard framed lens prescription has seemed to make the cut over this period, which has cost me the quality and enjoyment of my full vision. After some assessment from Paul , he kindly informed me I may have a specialist condition that has never been brought to light by any other optician. I really appreciated the calm and educated response.It was great to have an alternative response and Hopefully this could be a new breakthrough. Thanks.

What fantastic customer service I received, and I am not even an existing customer! Whilst visiting the area on business and having stayed overnight, I found in the morning that I had forgotten to pack my daily contact lenses and glasses. I phoned the opticians and spoke with Tracey, who couldn't have been more helpful. Tracey spoke with my optician back in Swansea to obtain my prescription, then located some sample lenses to get me back on the road, all of which was done out of goodwill. Without the help of this establishment, I would have had to wait for lenses to be posted to me from home before I could have got behind the wheel of my car again. Gestures like this restore your faith in humanity I feel. Thank you Harold Opticians, and especially Tracey.
