I went to this store for a repair of my iphone 8 plus screen and they charged me for 80 new screen and repair, which i paid but after 1 week and half, my iphone refused to turn on. I went to confront them and they accused me of opening the iphone 8 inside and said i damaged it. I have no knowledge in opening an iphone but to accuse me of such thing. Anyways when i confronted them, their language was appauling and refused to repair what they did. So later on i went to another phone repair next to M&S in clapham junction, opposite Llyods bank and, after they reviewed my iphone, apparently my iphone was damaged by the repair of my first visit to SMART FIX. later i ended up paying another phone store to fix the same to my motherboard. PLEASE dont go to this store, because its a business, what they do is to damage your phone so you can be regular customer. My advice to anyone whos reading this, best option is to get insurance because insurance can replace for new handset, these small businesses are ripping people off. SMART FIX MOBILE AND LAPTOP REPAIR, their customer service skills is appalling and disgusting. I never opened my iphone, if i did, i would not be seeking phone repair to do it for me.

Love this place, firstly very good customer service. This is where i got good impression on the shop. I broken my samsung s10+ screen previously, so i went there to fix it, the guy over there is so kind and told me very reasonable. Love it

Got my phone fixed straight away at a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly, I highly recommend them.
