The annual checks (including photographs) puts your mind at rest that your property is being looked after. If you are looking for agents to look after your rental property I would thoroughly recommend.

The best Estate Agents I have ever used, and I have used a few! Boatwrights have looked after me during a purchase and a sale and everyone has been kind, efficient and hardworking. They offer a really supportive service and go out of their way to ensure sales and purchases progress to completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic! Pleasantly surprised with service!
