Rochford Stokes has been representing the vendor during our acquisition of a property in southwest London. They've been excellent at taking us through our first purchase, providing regular updates and having an all round optimistic and constructive attitude. They often acted as intermediaries and advisers with our solicitors and bank, all the while not being contractually obliged to help us in such a way, which turned out to be essential. Would definitely recommend!

Renting my first property through Rochford Stokes has been a pleasure. My encounters with Jason and Anna have always been met with a great level of service. Anna in particular always responded fast and resolved any minor issues immediately.

This agency is running by a very lovely people. We rented with them for almost 4 years and we didn't have any problem, if we have to call them for any issue, they sorted out everything very quick, love to see how they treat you as a family. Rochford Stokes and their team are by far the best estate agents/property managers I have ever dealt with in London. They take any queries from tenants seriously, respond quickly and helped us address all problems we faced during our tenancy. Definitely recommend
