Amazing hair service was provided by Schola last time I visited in Sep 2021, she was very professional and friendly. All the hair specialists I met on that day were professional and polite, it was a nice environment to be at. I was about to book my second appointment today 11 March 2023 I was enquiring about the price and the receptionist was pretending to not hear what I was saying. I have a sore throat at the moment and I was forcing my self to speak louder to make sure I was understood, since she couldnt hear me I asked if I could send an email to get my message across. I called back to confirm the appointment and she said that it was already taken, this time she could hear me properly. Very disappointing with the receptionist manner. I dont mind paying for a premium service to get my hair done, but of course I need to know that I am paying for, I dont think it should be an issue to enquiry for prices and the treatments available. I asked the same question I asked the first time I booked my appointment on Sep 2021, while the first time the reception was very helpful providing the prices and explaining all the different treatment available, this time this receptionist not only sounds like she didnt know her own product but was not helpful at all. It is a shame that this time my experience with Hype Coiffure so stressful and disappointing

Excellent service provided by well informed haircare professionals. Schola was an excellent stylist, I look forward to seeing her again!
