I brought a picture and the barber didnt follow my instruction and decided to shave the back of my head then to blend it all in... I wasnt listened to when I complained and I left the place in tears... I was so distraught I wasnt sure what to do... everyone there could see how I was arguing with the barber about the length I had asked to get but no one said anything and wouldnt have said anything to me if I didnt call to complain... so never will I return to his place knowing that apologies only came because I called to figure out what had happened and how I ended in such a mess... the back of my scalp was left raw and sensitive... I had to buy tons of natural oils and supplements to speed my hair growth Id been asked to come again to the salon so they could fix it but there is nothing to fix as I have no hair left anymore and honestly I dont trust them...
