BIGGEST gripe is going there after 12 in the night when Yogi is working, as he is too lazy to rebook the card machine and forces you to go to the cashpoint.
This means people walk out and a sale is lost due to the laziness of Yogi, you have 1hour and 30 mins till closing.
Also if the cash machine is not working how does this help the customer.
