Firstly, the ordering machine sold me items they didn't have, like a large soft drink and a rice bowl. After a long wait, we finally got the food! I have never eaten such horrible food anywhere yet. Loaded potatoes were so salty. With the fish and chips, I don't even know where to start. The batter was too "brown" yet disgustingly soggy. Water had more taste than the fish. It tasted of nothing. Even the chips (from a bag) were tough. Most of the tables were dirty, there was nothing nor nobody to clean them, so we had to do that ourselves. Shamefull, we enden up having to throw away the food. So I paid money and left as hungry as I was when I got there. This place will never see my face nor my money ever again!!

You can find House of Yum in Asda, upstairs, a big space to have a quick bite before or after you shop. We chose to eat in between shopping. Compact menu but is well thought of. A kid's meal is 4.99 and a normal one is 6.99. We had a variety. Let's say Tater Tots (aka potatoes) are so good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers have lots of sauce and are quite big too, including the kid's one, taste-wise 9/10. Just too much sauce it gets messy. We had the lemon wings, zingy, still a kick to it , cooked to perfection again too much sauce. I would prefer a dip. Overall 7/10, because service is a bit slow, took a bit of a wait from ordering to getting it and we were the only one ordering. I had time to self-checkout items and come up and still had to wait. Did I say they offer breakfast and lunch? Cons: reconsider packaging. too big for the portions and use insulated aluminum paper for eat-in? Fries far too big a portion. We won't eat it all and it ended up in the bin. No option for no lettuce or no sauce for kids' meal Average prices for a good meal. Will visit again.

Waited ages for sub par, lukewarm food. No forks! Had to eat with a knife and spoon. Awful service. Rude staff.
