        Been hearing multiple accounts of spar staff harassing customers who are exempt from wearing a mask. Staff clearly not aware of the Equality Act 2010, not realising, perhaps, that they can be sued for personal liabilty, for damages of approx 8,000 each time this is reported. Just to clarify : To insist someone discloses why they are exempt is a breach of Section 29 (5) (a) of The Equality Act 210 & to deny anyone entry and / or service is a breach of Section 13 (1) of The Equality Act 2010. The following is FORBIDDEN in LAW :- asking why, requiring proof, enforcing masks, harassing/ coercing compliance. If you see someone without a mask do not ask, do not harass, do not DISCRIMINATE, if you do you may face a criminal charge & fine. If anyone in the community experiences this type of discriminatory behaviour from the staff in the Spar , or any local shop, please contact me , I am keeping a list of names of shop staff to give to my lawyer for a class action law suit.

        Excellent local shop with pretty much anything you need. The staff are always willing to help. Good choice on cold alcoholic drinks.

        Great place and tidy shop good beer and cider selection. Staff seem grumpy ? Never ever a smile or a hello from them went in earlier today. But been in a few times. Sort that and it will be a 5 star
