Upon entry this morning at roughly 9am I was told immediately that the shop is running late with opening and not taking any orders for 15 minutes. I decided to wait outside but 5 minutes later two female customers walked in after me and were served. I walked in after and politely enquired why the two ladies were served and why I wasn't to which the male staff member behind the counter said in quite a dismissive tone "We only had one rocket for a baguette". However, I did not state an order of any kind for him to know what I had wanted to order therefore that response was not relevant. The worker of this establishment simply did not want to serve me. What made it even worse was that straight after he served another female customer and her child. This felt very selective and a lack of wanting to ask me what I wanted and to provide a service. I can only make my own assumptions as to why this is but I will not go any further into that subject matter. Not a great way to start the day and can't understand why there was such a great reluctance to do so. I would strongly not recommend after my experience purely from an etiquette and customer service context.

Former employee here! As a customer great place to go to, owner is acting kind. What a role play. Anyone wants to work here please STAY AWAY! Owner is often angry, agitated, raising his voice at staff, talking very degrading to them! Luckily I left after a month and I was quilty of not giving notice, but my last 4 days never been paid! First time I left this review he reached out to me sayin he doesnt own me. After some discussion he admitted he owns me 342 which will be sent within two weeks, and he threatened me saying I WILL BE REPORTER FOR MY REVIEW Anyhow, never received my money. I even took off the first review hoping he will pay me. I had to message him multiple times, I was promised that my money will be sent this week! Empty lies and promises! I realised I will never see that money just like others never seen theirs, anyone can see owner had similar issues with other employees before me, just read previous reviews! His behaviour is very shameful, I hope slowly the whole neighbourhood will recognise the way he treats staff and they will stop spending their money there. Enjoy mine money Lyesse!
