        Its impossible to got through the telephone. Never there. Cant complaint about the staff but has been frustrating

        I struggled to find help after the passing of my sister. Contacted Wandsworth bereavement service as I thought it would be a good fit for my needs. After an initial assessment I was told Id be on a waiting list and would have to wait about two months for councelling. I was hopeful. The initial assessment was of good quality and I was happy to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel since I really was struggling and at lost on what to do. Its now been a little over 7 months, and nothing has happened. Not even an update. Dont waste your time. They probably dont have the ressources, which I can understand, but they dont prevent people from contacting them or mention they dont have spots for therapy. I needed help and got nothing out of them.

        Have tried to contact many times over the past month (via telephone and the website) at the recommendation of my GP. No response on any occasion and honestly just making the process much harder. Save yourself by not even bothering trying to contact this service.

        Honestly made things worse. They should be careful about hurting those theyre trying to help. Do not recommend contacting them.
