Absolutely appalling work and dishonest business practices, really abysmal experience dealing with these guys. They did a quite substantial, albeit mostly cosmetic, refurb for us and things took longer than anticipated. Nothing unexpected so far, but where it gets dicey is that they repeatedly lied to us saying things were on track and that we were good to go organising our move in. When I showed up, on the day, a little ahead of the movers, I was faced with an incomplete house full of tools and builders having a laugh and eating pizza in the middle of my sitting room. We then had to effectively live on a building site, with razor blades, nails and unfinished electrical fittings, with two children under 3 while they repeatedly came back "to finish the job". Finishing the job in this case meaning actually applying the second coat of paint, as well as entire line items from the quote. Needless to say, they subsequently missed their deadlines multiple times and to this day, haven't completed what they were meant to. And a large part of the work was not done to a decent standard. If they were cheap, then I guess you could argue you get what you pay for, but they are far from being cheap. When we discussed withholding payment because the work wasn't even close to being finished and the rush/bodge jobs to try and get it over the line were doing more harm than good, the general manager was open to discussion and mentioned providing a price reduction (but to his defence he did temper this by saying it would be minimal) and asked that we give them another chance to finish the job. We gave them that last chance and eventually decided, even if it wasn't perfect, it clearly wasn't ever going to be and that we deemed the job done, the general manager promptly forgot all about prior conversations. He then reluctantly offered a less than 2% discount which I ultimately ignored because it was quite frankly insulting. Avoid like the plague.

Giving it two starts only because of Fabio who did everything he could to help salvage the project.
