what a shame - we were served by a lovely member of staff - all smiles and helpful then someone who I would guess is senior staff/owner was rude to us and later was just stood in restaurant on mobile phone making loud angry phonecall to what sounded like a supplier. Ruined what was a pleasant stop and we left feeling unwelcome
