Some cigarette smelling middle eastern man cut my wifes hair and she now looks like a middle school girl. Complete waste of 69 and 2 hours of driving to get a haircut. Owner needs to get Genaro back.. do not go here as he has left now would give negative stars if I could.

1. Warning : Gennaro has left the hair shop 2. Summary : I wasted 69 and 2 hours of my precious time driving to this shop 3. Service : very poor quality Short cut with blow dry Very unfortunate that I am leaving a negative comment here. I have been one of regulars to Gennaro for the last 6 years even after I moved over 40mins away from Clapham. Today I found out he is no longer with Twentuno anymore. There seems only one hair dresser and clearly he does not have the same degree of professionalism as Gennaro. The quality and service I received for my haircut was horrendous. On top of that, they have increased the price to 69 (from 59) - and the service has degraded significantly. All he did was a simple cut and removed hair volume only. There was no styling, layered cut or other techniques at all and no styling drying - they said this is called style as this is not rough drying. Definitely I wont visit to pay for a downgraded service and poor outcome. Instead I would rather go to a mens barber shop and pay 10 for a haircut and pay the rest as a tip. Plus I couldnt bear the guys smell of cigarettes; it was not a nice experience. After the haircut was completely not what I asked for and I complained, the staff from reception didnt seem to care at all. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE EXPECTING GENAROs STANDARD QUALITY.
