        If I could give this a zero I would. The closing hours are stated as 3.30pm. When I got to the branch at 3.03pm there is a notice on the door stating "that due to staff sickness this branch is closing at 3pm". This should be put on the website so that people don't waste their time and fuel going to the branch. There are never enough staff on duty and very often the queue is outside the door.

        Been waiting 3 weeks for a cheque book. Requested 3 times. Each time told on way. Now turns out they have made the account no cheques. The business banking side has gone downhill enormously. Now got to wait another 7 days so we will have 1 month outstanding bills to pay. Services could be but off!
