A totally professional service with a human touch. An Architect that actually answers your messages and sees the project through till the end. My project was not the usual run of if the mill extensions and re-modelling, a thatch cottage on a hill with trees and close neighbours! Great advice all the way through the planning process and endless changes to the plans of which no charge was given for the new plans on several occasions. I will use Oscar again on my next project, total trust in his abilities. I cant recommend this company enough.

I highly recommend Oscar at Permitted Development. I had contacted several different companies when I was looking for an architect who would help designing my project but I found very few who actually knew the proper application process and terminology for the types of application. Oscar was absolutely spot on and knew exactly what was needed for my case. Very helpful and wonderful person
