John and Nick did a fantastic job firstly in drafting the plans for our basement conversion and side return, then also in helping us obtain planning permission within the restraints of a conservation area. Nick was very pleasant to deal with, very proactive and responsive, and went the extra mile to get the critical aspects of the design through planning.
