        Pilot light would not stay lit on our Water Heater. Had an engineer out who charged an extortionate amount just for a call out, had no idea what to do and left. Finally found Mario who came with no call out fee, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us a reasonable price & returned the next day with a new part and got our hot water back on with minimum fuss. He was very knowledgeable, polite & friendly, giving us confidence in his skills. The final charge was exactly what he had quoted. Will definitely be using him again if needed. We feel we've now know 'A man who can'. Service: Water heater repair
