Yoga Glow Leeds - Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

This is my 1st AYM and it was amazing!!! The combination of heat, massage, manipulation, firmness and calamus powder/oils was superb and I lost myself in a sea of deep relaxation and gratitude as my body loved releasing all those knots, aches and pains away - now I'm feeling so relaxed and my body has let go of any associated stress. I'm going back :)

I haven't had a proper massage before as I've always been nervous about what to expect. I've always thought it would be painful. Vikki manipulated, massaged and released every nook of stress in my body. Literally from my scalp to my toes. I entered feeling like my head and neck was in a tight brace. Over an hour later and I felt like I was floating. The tension I had been holding has been released and my headaches had dispersed. I genuinely think this was a game changer for me. I will definitely book in again in the near future.

First of all Vikki has such a gentle way about her, she makes you feel so at ease and comfortable before she even begins her massage. I really enjoyed and benefited from Vikkis AY massage, her touch is very thorough and released so much tension everywhere in my body, specially after doing Asthanga Yoga on a retreat for 3 days. I will definitely go back and treat myself again, Vikkis hands are healing, and invigorating. I highly recommend treating yourselves, its a very invigorating and relaxing massage at the same time.
