WARNING! I Purchased a Skoda Supurb for 7350 in March 2019 I returned it 3 times due to engine management light coming on & other warning lights plus it would cut out & refused to start! Despite returning it NO fix found. I took the car back & tried to get a reasonable refund of 6k in July having covered under 1500 miles as I'd been in hospital for 4 weeks severely ill fighting what was thought to be cancer at the time. Despite my pleading for an amicable/reasonable solution as I could not sell it with the dash looking like a xmas tree, they completely REFUSED eventually offering me 4,000 for it as diesels arnt that popular. The car suddenly LOST 3350 became unsaleable due to a fault they could not and would not fix. I lost 2 cars that I had it part exchanged against as once they were aware of the fault the deal was obviously off. Just be aware when buying from Grove Garage, Chingford Ltd that if anything goes wrong you are on your own. I ended up paying to get it fixed myself as I didnt want someone else to be in the same situation as I was, it then went to auction. It all cost me time, money & a great amount of inconvenience at a time when I was & still am very ill. You make your own mind up if buying from Grove Garage is a good idea or not. PS (I got more back at the auction than the 4k offered!) I hope this helps someone understand what aftersales service you are likely to receive or NOT RECIEVE & any likely hood of getting ANY MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING FIXED IS HIGHLY REMOTE!!! This feedback has been compiled with 100% honesty unlike how I was treated. Thanks for reading my experience.

I recently bought a car over the internet from Grove Garage and it was a most pleasant experience. All the staff were super helpful, pleasant and provided everything I requested and more. Even helped me arrange shipping. I am happy to give 5 stars .
