Poor service with untrue stories, customer service poor, one of the worst services I came across lacking in all areas.

You should get -5 stars. Bad reputation. False booking system. They booked you in and said never been booked. I don't believe it took them 8 months to fix two doors. Just lies after lies to buy more time. wasting time and money for everyone. the council, the tenant, and God knows who else. No manager or supervisor is available to handle complaints. bad quality equipment. bad installations. unfriendly, unprofessional labours, probably because they are under pressure and not paid enough too.

Speechless. The council and this company are perfect for each other. Horrible, dont turn up to job and dont update you if they are not company. Furthermore, they use men that like to insult and argue with women. They simply say work completed and when they actually havent and when you report to the council; they simply tell you well investigate this and nothing till now (4 months). I guess it doesnt matter to them weather you leave 5* or 1* review because regardless theyll still get jobs as they carry out all Wandsworth council works.

These a a bunch of useless creatures who are there just to waste your time! We have no fire and carbon monoxide detectors at home, so I made 3 appointments in a row and they failed to turn up to all! Yet customer service will not apologise, and say that the appointment was changed. Obviously we had no warning that appointments were changed and when I then booked the third appointment and asked for a confirmation they said they dont do confirmations. Obviously because their plan was not to return to the appointment again. How can anyone miss 3 appointments??? I have done what I could on my side but they are just useless time wasters. I wont even bother with them, next step is to make a formal complaint and if an incident happen at home to take them to court! I hope one day they will get to know what actually providing a service means.
