        Charged us 50% extra as we phoned up rather than use online booking system for hire. Didn't inform us this would be the case until the took money from our account a week later had to phone back up to find out what was happening with charges, they still haven't sent an invoice. Do not trust. Will not use again.

        Perfect on all levels. I hired a scaffold tower which was excellent. The tower made me feel much more secure than being up one of those cheap towers you can buy. Under 50 for a week - I really got my money's worth. The new store in Ashford (Behind Toolsatation) is very good and all the equipment is pretty new, very clean and clearly well maintained. The staff also were very helpful - I underestimated the size of the tower and they sorted me out with an extra strap and showed me the best way to secure it all safely to my trailer. 10/10.
