I don't know where to start other than that you guys should be wearing capes. I was blacking out at home and had no idea what was going on , my wife know as me julie by one of the paramedics Informed me no questions asked I was off to hospital, apparently four ambulances and two ambulance cars were in attendance to get me out of my property by a very unconventional method which I was extremely grateful. I must apologise for using so much of your resources and getting into resuscitation. I'm back home know thanks to your quick response. Kindest regards Steve Anstiss

Having had a temporary shortness of breath for about 3 hours we dialled 111 and they called an an Ambulance. It shortly arrived manned by two ladies Sarah and Karen. Their expertise and the professional manner with which they carried out the tests was second to none They administered a nebuliser which cleared the breathing problem together with a thorough examination of my vital parts. Excellent service carried out with friendly understanding. We are so lucky to have this service available. Brian Hopper. TN28 8BE

I had an accident in Canterbury 9 days ago, and even though it took a while to arrive, had an excellent crew who looked after me very well and also margate hospital. I had to call the service again this morning following a complication and the crew who attended were so attentive and helpful. They did lots of tests and arranged things with a doctor so i didnt have to go to hospital. Great service. Worth their weight in gold! Thank you Louise Hopkins
