We went there in my mother-in-law transit van, the van started some sort of exhaust system cleaning which stuck the the van out.
This is what led them to assumptions which i could hear, i wanted to raise this there and then but the rest of my family didn't hear and I didn't want to ruin it for them.
This make me think do you and your staff make comments on all your customers??
