I really want to give a better review than this as it could be so much better with very little effort. The warden & wife. Are very friendly & helpful & are aware of the poor reviews. The toilet & showers are dated & in need of a good clean. Clumps of hair on floor & clearly no effort to clean them properly. They certainly have time to go in & power wash the whole place & put some bleach down the toilets. A lot of sitting around done. Due to theft of toilet rolls they put minimum in & no mop & bucket. Power lines directly over tourer site which short term are probably not an issue. A lot of weed smoking in the evening noticed!! It did grow on us but it's all a bit weird. About an hour's walk into Ironbridge through lovely woodlands. Wild deer that trot around campsite were a delight. Plans to improve, new shower block & grass pitch planned. I would go back once this was done.

Lovely area. Nice and peaceful with beautiful scenery.

Only a quick visit to meet some one, ut it look a good clean peaceful place
