Stuart is the most sound car dealer I have ever met. Thoroughly genuine, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers. Not only does he work hard to get you the best deal (and by the way he will tell you if there is a better deal to be had elsewhere) he is always there for you afterwards to provide any advice as you need it.

I have now had four vehicles from Stuart, over the course of 5 years. That is the best indication of how good he is. I keep going back. He is a market leader for price and selection but the main reason for going back is Stuart himself. Nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of on line sites but there is no substitute for a reliable, honest, knowledgeable and hard working person to help you through the process. Being able to speak to someone from quote to delivery and everything in between is the real reason I go back and will continue to do so. Having someone to speak to, not least during the recent COVID delays has made the whole process much easier. Stuart carries all the stress and worry, leaving me to just wait for the car to land on the drive, knowing it is what I want, for the price I want to pay. In short, Stuart is first class.

Excellent experience, E-Drive West Midlands are helpful and knowledgable. Stuart made me feel at ease when buying my first car and gave me lots of useful advice, while providing me with all the relevant details about my car. He makes the process easy and takes away all the stresses of buying a new car. Couldn't recommend him enough, with quality customer service.

Fantastic experience with this company! I have leased many cars and never had the customer service i have from Stuart at E-Drive. He helped me find a great deal for the specific car i wanted, kept me in the loop throughout the period from enquiry to order to delivery and nothing was to much trouble. The delivery of the car was great with no issues. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Personal professional service you dont get from larger lease companies. Car delivered straight to the door at the agreed time. Highly recommend.
