Oakleys Garden Machinery

Placed an order for next day delivery (before the 1pm cut-off for same-day despatch) on a Friday and paid the extra charge for the Saturday delivery (12 instead of 9). Four days later (Tuesday) and my order hadnt even been despatched despite several chasing emails and web-chat message to which I got no response. Eventually managed to cancel the order, but when the refund hadnt arrived a week later I had to get the credit card company involved. Appalling service and communications and very patronising attitude throughout. I see many people have had the same experience and wish I'd looked at the reviews before placing my order.

Great prices and equally great service, ordered over the phone, all questions answered and the items were ready upon collection, even helped out to the van.
