Interestingly, Google seems to think I have visited here recently. I haven't, but I did view some houses here 2 years ago. I felt they were too expensive with small gardens so I bought a cheaper 50 yr old house with a large garden. Personally, I have decided never again to buy a new house but for some people it totally works and the premium I consider to be profit straight into the hands of the developers might be worth it. I mean what's 20,000 between friends (Sarcasm alert). Having said all that, Miller homes are a super professional outfit with great sales staff and an impressive track record. Go there, look, be confident. Ignore my cynicism. Wanna lend me 20 grand? Lol.

Landscaping and care of grounds is not good. Some paths are just grit, and this has transferred onto the steps leading up to Oteley Road, along with the weeds. Block paving is very badly covered with weeds and whilst we should see to our own drives or parking areas, the rest is not being tended to. Grass cutting is done but rubbish not removed, just left to look untidy and unkempt. Very, very disappointing, and for a new estate, is not good. Under the topsoil of our gardens it is compacted whatever, so this is causing problems with plants. I have experienced quite a few snagging problems and Miller Homes are very good at putting them right, apart from the present time due to the coronavirus restrictions. That is not their fault. Otherwise, lovely estate, houses mixed in design and exterior, so that it gives variety and not rows of houses all the same. Also lovely area too. Pity about the landscaping.
