        After a break of over 20 years from riding I took the plunge and booked a private lesson at Millfarm. That first lesson was a fantastic experience and whilst giving the staff a overview of my competency it also helped to build up my confidence once again. If you are in a similar situation I would definitely recommend that you do the same. That was over 12 years ago now and i'm still riding on a regular basis with Chia & Perk and still enjoying the experience. The facilities, condition of the horses and professionalism of this yard is simply second to none.

        The livery yard here is just great. The hacking is excellent, beautiful countryside and a peaceful atmosphere. The owners are friendly and relaxed and the people here are just lovely. The horse and us have been very happy here what more can I say...lovely yard in a super setting

        I found coming to this yard one of the most relaxing pleasant experiences as I was coming back into riding after a long time away. It has totally boosted my confidence and I love the whole family friendly atmosphere.

        Such a shame there is no reviews for this lovely place. It s in the middle of the breathtaking nature with the nicest people working there. Calm good horses and amazing atmosphere. Easy to find the place, nice drive just 15 min from Shrewsbury. Affordable prices and free parking. Couple of tips: DO NOT wear white trainers, like I did :) And for the beginners, one hour on the horse is more than enough when with the lovely weather.
