        Tried to deliver my parcel 3 times when the tracking clearly says take to local post office. Now have to go to depot to collect on a Saturday morning between 8 and 12 as at work all week.Dread seeing parcelforce are the couriers when ordering online

        Absolutely unbelievable service from a driver today. Tried to deliver a parcel to my studio very early. I was not there as it was 8am. The driver spoke to our local post office who told him where we live. He brought the parcel to our house 2 miles away!! Exceptional service from a man that was determined to do the job! Thank you
