Js Auto Electrical

J was amazing. Quick service. And overall just a really nice, friendly guy. My 18 month old was intently copying him. Where others would have probably got annoyed, he interacted with him, made us both laugh and made the whole experience really pleasant. Hes been doing it for over 20 years and it shows. I genuinely cannot recommend J's auto electrical enough! The entire service start to finish was excellent. I had a Vivaro van with warning lights on due to an ECU programming fault that even the dealership couldn't fix. J's service was very professional and it's clear his knowledge and experience is extensive. If I have any vehicle electrical issues in future I'm going straight to James without hesitation. Had an ongoing issue with my car for over a week after replscing my ignition barrel, car would just display immobiliser light when cranking. No dealerships or anyone would entertain mewith even a bit of advice. I call Js auto he proceeds to tell me about the locstion of the immobiliser chip whuch eveidently fixed the issue. Instead of quoting me money etc he just advised me and saved me money and hassle. James is fantastic at what he does. We went with what Audi Bristol told us was an electrical fault, and it turns out that wasnt the problem at all! He fixed it for us regardless, something that Audi Bristol struggled to do having paid a large amount of cash to get them to fix it the first time. Pricing is fair and excellent communication.
