Katie is an excellent yoga teacher and I would thoroughly recommend her group classes or one to one teaching to anyone who is new to yoga or is already experienced. Ive found Katie to be a kind and attentive teacher who offers different options to suit your personal level. She has an experienced eye and will recommend adjustments to your poses which is really essential to learning. The flow sequences we practice are fantastic for strengthening and opening the body and I leave her classes feeling invigorated, happy and relaxed. I also love that the classes move at a pace which enable you to maintain your connection to your breath. I came to Katie with 6 years of previous experience (after my previous teacher had moved aboard) and intend to continue practicing with her on an ongoing basis. I found yoga in my fifties and cant recommend it enough - it is a gift. If you are already practicing and thinking of change or are simply thinking of trying yoga for the first time you will find Katie kind and welcoming and I cant recommend her classes and approach to yoga enough. Thank you Katie.

I suffer with anxiety and started yoga to shut off from the world for an hour. From the first class with Katie, I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. I love that she encourages me to do whats right for my body, depending on how Im feeling at the time. Katie gives options on poses making the class feel adjusted to my needs (my go-to is childs pose and I never feel judged for not opting for a downward dog)The space is lovely which is a true reflection of Katie. I would highly recommended booking a class.

I go to Katies class at Hever Heath and Well-being every Saturday morning. I look forward to it all week. In the few months Ive been going there Ive become more flexible, less tense and more focussed on mindfulness. Katie is a wonderful teacher, shes the only yoga teacher Ive stuck with. I love the way she teaches and her kindness and compassion truly set her apart.
