Yoga with Angie

Excellent yoga teacher, works closely with you if you have specific physical restraints such as back problems etc. Explains clearly what moves are using which muscles and what you should be feeling during class. Very relaxed atmosphere and always has tea and biscuits for afterwards. Benn going for 1 year and have found very very beneficial. Highly recommended.

What impresses me about Angie is her deep knowledge of yoga as well as unconditional passion for it. She helped me a lot to overcome my lower back pain by introducing me to specific twists. Each lesson brings something new. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am a relative newbie to yoga and have only be going to Angelina's classes for just under a year now. I started going to the classes as a last resort after trying so many other things to help with pain from past injury's and wow! Yoga is the only thing that has really helped and with the added bonus of improving my posture and balance. Angelina is a fantastic teacher being both patient with me when im struggling but still knowing just how much to push me so helping me improve. The classes are great fun and always have a friendly atmosphere making me feel welcome even when i first started. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone wishing to improve fitness, strengh or reduce aches and pains.
