If I could give zero stars, I would. After cancelling my account, SimplyCook continued to charge me for a further two months, sending me recipes I didnt want and would never have picked. After contacting them for a refund, they refused, instead send it me emails that were just cut and paste from a script. Only offering a 50% refund on the last time they took money from my credit card, which leaves me 15 down. There customer skills are nonexistent. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I haven't received any of the boxes and I was charged. I emailed the company, I was told I will get replacement boxes. I am still waiting...but nothing.

Not presently subscribed but always impressed with the product and customer service.Very easy to subscribe and unsubscribe.Will definitely return in near future.
