Still the same good prices, but I dont like the Dartford store layout now that there are so many chiller doors to open! Being close to the entrance, people opening and shutting them hold up entering. Parking is a nightmare - they really need an arrowed direction system. The queues at the manned checkouts show how much shoppers with trolley loads dislike the do-it-yourself ones as much as I do. The store in Otford is much, much nicer in all respects.

Super low prices, friendly staff and plenty of parking spaces. Let down often by lengthy wait times. Has 10 tills but there are rarely more than 2 open at a time, even at peak times, often leading to massive queues
