Claire Shepperd Soft Tissue Therapy

Claire provides one of the best deep tissue massages that I have ever had. As someone who suffers from scoliosis, finding a therapist who is genuinely passionate, skilled and really cares about making sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived is invaluable. She's not only excellent at undoing persistent knots and tension in my back, and really intelligent in how she does this, but is extremely kind, ultra calming and has magic hands. Highly recommend for anyone with back problems and/or anyone seeking some serious stress relief in a relaxing, professional environment.

Claire provided an excellent treatment. She was knowledgeable, professional and explained what she found and why she was treating it the way she did. The treatment room was extremely clean and comfortable too. Already booked my next session.

Claire treated me for tension in my back and neck and I have seen a real improvement and reduction in tension since her treatment. She has also treated my father for a problem with his shoulder.
