Do not use PayProp! We left PayProp last year, due to wishing to use a different service. Problem comes, when a client needs to do a tax return, and asks for their historical statements. PayProp response is - we can no longer assists you, as you are no longer a client! I mean really! So if you ever decide to leave PayProp - all the historical statements to our customers are no longer available too. So be careful before moving your client account to PayProp! This is outrageous service.

We are a small company with large amount of factored properties within in the city. Payprop has help to reduce time spent on dealing with incoming rent and contractor invoices. Great product, would highly recommend

We have been using Payprop since 2018 and it was honestly the best move we made. From the first enquiry through to onboarding, their customer service was excellent. A big thank you to Jason Davis. Since then, communication has been first class and the support team are outstanding, always willing to help. I would especially like to mention Gavin in the support team, he always goes above and beyond. As for the platform itself, it is amazing. So easy to use and it significantly cut the time spent on client banking. The continued enhancements and improvements to the platform are valuable. Anyone looking for a new client account or client account system should speak to Payprop.
