        Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the management at the Sevenoaks clinic. Paid for a course of 10 treatments at a cost of over 1100, numerous appointments cancelled due to lack of staff, then they have the audacity to say I can no longer redeem the course I have paid for as the time has expired with no evidence or documentation to back it up. Will be taking this matter further as I have been conned by this company.

        The service was terrible, i have a picture of how dirty the clinical room is which i am happy to share with you. My appointment was rescheduled twice one due to COVID then the next as the Dr was running 40 mins late. I was asked to wear a mask however the Dr only wore his under his chin, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
