Ive been going in for skin treatments for my Acne, and Im very happy with the service and the ladies who work there are lovely. Francesca has been so thorough and helpful, shes very informative and makes me feel 100% comfortable during my time at Sk:n. 10/10 would recommend

Really disappointing appointment this week - unlike usual appointments with Francesca, I was kept waiting 40 minutes for my appointment before being taken into the treatment room. I then had to wait further time for the room to be set up. Once the treatment finally started after nearly an hour of waiting, I was then kept waiting whilst the clinician had to leave to help someone in reception carry out a payment. With 20 minutes to go until they shut, I was then asked whether I would be able to come back another day as they didnt think theyd finish on time and that someone else wouldn't be able stay as they couldnt lone work. I explained I live 40 mins away, so its not convenient to pop back especially as it was through no fault of my own that the start of the treatment had been delayed. After some back and forth, the clinician checked and confirmed we could continue. I was quite surprised to even be asked to come back another day. The clinician was great at what she did and was knowledgeable and very professional making me feel at ease - however the significant delays, and questions over coming back another day to finish the treatment made this a very unpleasant experience. If the clinic knew they were running so late, a phone call would have been great to prevent me wasting time. Service: Laser hair removal
