Billy's an artist. I took in a pair of very well loved but knackered shoes after having a few other pairs re-heeled and shined etc and being impressed with the result. I didn't expect what came back, they looked brand new! I don't write many reviews but I want to give anyone with very worn shoes some hope and also thank Billy publicly.

Amazing, quick and easy process. Very friendly. I had my car key cut and programmed as i couldnt use it to get into my passenger door and it was working on the second attempt. Highly recommend
