        Very nice shop to visit. I had to get a new battery put in my watch and for a few pounds extra I was given a lifetime guarantee on the battery, so all the time that the watch is working I can just pop in and get a new one fitted for free. Very nice friendly guy served me too.

        I phoned to ask if they could put a buckle on a belt. I was told yes if I supplied the buckle. I asked the price and was told 6.50. I bought a buckle and took it to the shop and was then told it would cost 15 due to the amount of stitching to be unpicked. I said I would do that and return, but he said it would still be 15. I explained that I had been told 6.50 but that made no difference. These people are not true to their word - rip off! I then went to The 7oaks Cobbler, less than 100 yards away where I was charged 4.95, and the quality of work was so good the belt looked like new.
