I liked the chips and the chicken and my chocolate milkshake

Bought a punnet of strawberries from Sainsbury's downstairs for my toddler and baby to eat while I had a cup of tea. Was told we shouldn't be eating them as not bought from the cafe (but was bought in Sainsbury's with receipt!). Told there are signs but the signs are only on the perimeters away from where most of the customers sit.
If you want to enforce rules, you have to have then visible! Also maybe consider offering small child-friendly snacks.
Definitely not worth going to, especially with such a poor choice of food.
