        We've just completed a sale to Portfolio Homes. It took a tortuous four and a half years of covenant sorting, ransom strips and so on, none of which delay was down to Portfolio. In fact, throughout this they've stuck to their side of the deal and been very supportive even when it would have been far easier to bow out earlier.
