Papa John's Pizza

I used to occassionally order a pizza from Papa Johns as they had the only available vegan options for takeout where I live. However more than three times now I have been given a pizza that did not have the correct ingredients and had meat on them. Why have vegan options on your menu if you cant provide the correct ingredients? unfortunately will not be buying again.

Incomplete order not happ. I don't want the rest of the order next time. I want what I ordered now.

Ordered twice recently, wrong food sent both times and arrived freezing and I mean freezing cold! Had to complain to head office and took over a month to get my money back. You ring the restaurant and they dont care just laugh or go quiet. Avoid and go to red pizza van on Mondays instead. The pizza tastes better and you get good service.

Its been 2 hours and 3 phone calls and still no order. Each time you phone, they will tell you yes sorry its on its way now but its notat least some transparency and not being lied in our face would be nice, we can understand things are busy but being told complete lies is just not professional. This is disgraceful servicedont bother!
