Terribly run pharmacy Never answer the phone, always have to drive there then wait 20-25 minutes to pick up the prescription. Its little wonder when you read the reviews for this Lloyds they have a sign stating abusive language will not be tolerated. Ive not see such a sign in any other chemists. Really poor and getting worse, going to change where I collect my prescriptions.

Im not generally one to write reviews, but this pharmacy is absolutely shocking and should be shut down. I take 40mg of citalopram (the highest dose of a class of antidepressant) and have been messed around massively by this pharmacy. When I originally went to pick up my prescription, I was told they did not have enough to cover the entirety of my prescription, so gave me 10 days worth and to come back. I came back after this period and was told that it was out of stock still and to come back the next week. I came back a week later (by this point, I havent taken my tablets for two weeks) and I was told the pharmacist had left and they couldnt hand out prescriptions without him and had therefore closed at 2.30pm. I asked for my prescription to take it elsewhere and was told I couldnt as I had already had part of it (10 days out of a 2 months worth prescription). I come back for a third time to be told that the antidepressants are back in stock, but the brand I use are not - therefore I am now three weeks without brain altering medication and am now suffering withdrawal. If you have any urgent prescription requests, dont go here. They are utterly inadequate and the people that work here should seriously consider going to the closest job centre because they are utterly useless at this jobs requirements.

I'd score them ZERO if I could, UTTERLY USELESS!!!... They advice calling to get prescriptions made up in advance but NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!... I'll be requesting prescriptions be sent elsewhere in future, I do not need the stress.

@Sainsbury please listen to these reviews! Drove 20minutes in thick ice to get medication, was closed at 7pm even though advertising as open until 11pm! No-one answers the phone. So now I have to waste petrol to dive 45 minutes the other direction to Tesco Orpington. Really really poor.
